Ivolve Wellbeing is a Personal Training Studio that specialises in helping women to build stronger, leaner, and healthier bodies, either with one-on-one coaching or in small groups of 3. We also help you with nutrition and lifestyle changes outside of the gym to ensure that you are sleeping better, eating better, and learning how best to deal with stress. Our mindset coaching is designed to help women unleash their true potential.

Our coaching packages give you everything you need to achieve life-changing results, we transform your health, new levels of fitness, transform your body shape, increase self-confidence and you'll have a newfound energy for life. You can choose the number of coaching sessions per week, and receive tailored nutrition, lifestyle & mindset coaching to support you through your journey.
Your exercise plan will be progressive taking you towards finally achieving your goals. We will ensure you start your journey at the right point so that you are performing exercises that are appropriate for your current ability which will lead you to achieve things you didn't think were possible. We will start with an in-depth health and fitness screening to really understand your unique needs, so that we are providing you with a total customised plan, supporting you all the way with regular contact outside of your sessions, as we know this is when most people need the accountability & guidance and when truly fantastic results take place.
You can choose from 1-2-1 coaching or small group coaching with a maximum of 3 clients per coach.

Absolutely, we're always happy to meet someone else that we can help. Getting your friend to call up in advance is the best course of action, that way we can help them set up and prepare for their first session.
It usually takes people 6 weeks before their friends and family start to notice a bit of a difference, and then 12 weeks before they themselves notice a change! But this varies from client to client. You should notice improvements in your sleep, mood, and energy levels within a couple weeks of training with us though.
We understand about busy lives and that everybody has different amounts of time available to them, thats why we allow all our clients up to 75mins per session this allows each individual plenty of time to complete shorter or longer workouts depending on their program. Your program will be designed for your capability and available time.
A towel and a bottle of water are a good start. You'll obviously want to be wearing appropriate indoor footwear (No outdoor muddy running trainers), and clothes that you don't mind getting sweaty in. No ballgowns or tuxedos thanks!
After your free phone consultation, we will arrange a time when you can come and visit us. You will then meet either Dave or Stef, or both, and we will have a chat. This chat is designed to learn more about what it is you want to achieve and what your current lifestyle is like (busy, stressed, good/bad sleep etc), so that we can create a program that will suit you and your goals. We will also talk you through what training with us is like, and answer any questions you may have.
Packages start from £150 per month, but we can discuss your specific needs during your phone consultation.
